A nationally known media strategist and producer/director with a reputation for solving difficult communications problems in the public and private sector. Bob’s public policy, campaign and research experience spans three decades and includes senior staff positions in Congress and state government. Considered an expert political observer, Bob is frequently called upon for his analysis and observations by both local and national media. A frequent guest on television programs including Horizon (PBS), Sunday Square-Off (NBC),Bob has also provided political insight for NBC Nightly News and CNBC’s Squawk Box. Bob received his B.A. and M.A degrees from Michigan State University.

Michelle Davidson • Vice President - Consultation
Michelle joined the firm after working on various political campaigns for over 10 years. An experienced manager of multi-million dollar campaigns, the New York Times cited Michelle  as the strategist behind the ground-breaking  “Vote-By-Mail” effort that first elected Governor Janet Napolitano in 2002. Michelle earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Arizona State University. A recipient of multiple awards for her work, Michelle earned a “Pollie” Award for her political consulting and often facilitates training for national advocacy organizations.

Bret Granado • Creative Director
An accomplished filmmaker and director who brings our clients’ messages to life using a variety of mediums including film, video, and the Internet, Bret provides the attention to detail that The Media Guys insist upon for all of our clients. In 2005 Bret moved from Phoenix to New York  to head the firm’s East Coast team in New York City. First and foremost Bret makes certain that ‘issues’ are translated into multimedia experiences that people can feel and understand. He is an outdoor enthusiast who spends his free time backpacking and camping.
 
Marissa Morabito • Associate
Marissa joined the firm after working at the Arizona State Legislature. In 2004, she worked in Boston on the Democratic National Convention. Marissa also worked at the Arizona House of Representatives where she staffed the Transportation and Federal Mandates and Property Rights Committees. In 2005, she received a Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University in Political Science and is a self-described “political junkie.”
 
Eric George • Consulting Producer/Director
Eric honed his producing and directing skills in Chicago as President of Eightball Films, working with some of the most demanding commercial advertising clients in America. You’ve seen his work in ads for Sprite, S.C. Johnson, Rust Oleum and more. He possesses a wealth of aesthetic knowledge coupled with a dedication to the practicalities of message delivery. Familiar with all aspects of media, he lives by the motto “Hope is not a plan!”
 
Luke Hansen • Videographer/Editor
When you hear people talking about “new media” they’re talking about people like  Luke. Equally adept as both  a videographer and editor, what is “new media” to others is routine for Luke. The director of several short films, Luke is a critical member of our award-winning production team.
 
Sarah Moraes • Office Manager
Sarah joined The Media Guys as an intern and quickly became the only person who could keep track of everyone. Fortunately for  TMG, Sarah has stayed on as The Media Guys office manager. Sarah grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and is currently currently finishing her Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Mass Communications at Arizona State University.
